Receptionist bilingual (ENG-FR)
Job Description:
- Greet and direct incoming calls and guests
- Manage meeting rooms (2): booking, preparing and clearing after use
- Help coordinating visitors from other offices
- Distribute post
- Pick up and distribute messages from voicemail and email
- Deal with ad hoc requests: couriers, lunches, stationery orders and taxis
- Report any maintenance issues that arise during the day to the head of Facilities (based in London)
- Issue door security passes to new members of staff, keep log for Bain Cap
- Order stationery, office supplies and business cards
Candidate Profile:
- You have a first experience as receptionist, Administrative Assistant or similar
- You have a good English and French skills
- You have a good organizational skills and customer service skills
- You have excellent administrative, organization and communication skills
- You are Independent and fast-Learning
- You have great initiative
