Organization
For a client located in the province of Walloon Brabant, leader in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for QC Project Analysts.
Function
The Project Analyst position comprises an array of activities that lead to the successful support- of the method template harmonization project for analytical methods. It includes but is not limited to:
· Data work and process execution
· Strong support of project manager in diverse project tasks and assignments
· Rigorous application of scientific knowledge and technical training received on the mission
· The Project Analyst maintains and raises the status of quality in the team and enables the project team to uphold its position as reference quality and to deliver excellent services/products
· The project Analyst actively participates and contributes to team knowledge development and the safeguarding of these know-hows in form of standard procedures or others
· the quality department driving proactive and continuous improvement of robust and modern methods with focus on innovation across the network
Primary Tasks & Responsibilities
· Data collection and mapping using different tools or media (SAP, LIMS, local contacts,…)
· Data comparative analysis of test protocols and data reporting form
· Consolidating and writing up of analytical protocols in Excel format
· Ensuring the integrity of the scientific rational underlying test process flow
· Identifying and improving template documents and process for analytical tasks
· Ensuring critical topics are adequately and timely escalated to higher management
· Providing specialized technical or practical expertise in analytical methods and knowledge of software and equipment
· Adapting and integrating to potential changes during the life of the project
· Ensures project documentation is produced in a timely manner and is stored and archived in line with the Company requirements
· Support the Project team with independent contribution as well as a strong team player
· Coordinate the implementation of the process with other Project Analysts of project team or other teams in the program in their routine procedures, collect and share useful project
knowledge
· Ensure quality oversight of all activities related to the area of responsibility
Requirements
· Preferably Scientific university degree (Pharmacist, Biology, Medicine, Engineer or equivalent)
· Operational experience in the lab, preferable in GMP environment·
· Analytical background, incl. understanding of analytical
methods (HPLC, Spectro, pH, etc.)
· Knowledge of GMP regulated environment, Pharmacopeia is an advantage
· Excel, other IT skills a MUST, (SAP, GLIM), electronic laboratory notebook a plus
· Excellent presentation and communication skills
· Open, flexible, proactive thinking
· Aptitude to work with application of process
· Autonomous and resilient
· Inter cultural interaction and exchange with people
· Fluent in French & English
· Knowledge of Italian or German is an advantage
