Key Responsibilities
Follow up and manage incidents related to network and security infrastructure
Administer and provide support for network infrastructure (Routers, Switches, Wireless)
Manage and support security infrastructure (Firewalls, Proxies)
Manage network services such as DHCP and RADIUS
Handle and resolve network and security incident tickets
Supervise and monitor the network infrastructure and equipment
Qualifications
Proven experience in managing network and security infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of Cisco products and solutions.
Experience with Cisco Wireless Controllers and CheckPoint Firewalls.
Familiarity with Zscaler Cloud Proxy and Private Access.
Proficient in network services such as Microsoft DHCP and Infoblox.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Your responsibilities
Handling incidents and requests (level 1 and 2) by using properly the client’s ticketing system and in accordance with SLA’s and regarding priorities (VIPs’ and Sales’ cases, other high priority cases).
IMAC activities (Installation, Move, Add, Change) for printers and PCs.
Assists users and new joiners with the installation, configuration, and usability of computers, peripheral equipment, software, tablets, smartphones, other electronic devices within standards and guidelines.
Supports remotely users, if needed.
Provide assistance and troubleshooting for printers, including paper jam resolution and toner replacement.
Look after devices (test / troubleshoot laptop, VM’s, Printer, meeting rooms, etc.) to be refreshed as well as new installations in accordance with approved standard and keep updated the database.
Break/Fix interventions, including the swap of pre-configured machines.
Prevent from reoccurrence of very dissatisfied responses.
Your profile
You have adegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
You have at least 1 year of experience on a similar position
You have a good experience in End User device hardware and software troubleshooting
You have knowledge of the different Operating systems
You are Customer oriented, able to work in a team and to work by own initiative
You are organized and have a very good communication, ability to assess in brief time and deliver structured troubleshooting solutions
You are fluent in English and in German (mandatory)
