Experis is currently looking for one of its clients based in Luxembourg:
Support Engineer (m/f/x)
Your responsibilities
- Handling incidents and requests (level 1 and 2) by using properly the client’s ticketing system and in accordance with SLA’s and regarding priorities (VIPs’ and Sales’ cases, other high priority cases).
- IMAC activities (Installation, Move, Add, Change) for printers and PCs.
- Assists users and new joiners with the installation, configuration, and usability of computers, peripheral equipment, software, tablets, smartphones, other electronic devices within standards and guidelines.
- Supports remotely users, if needed.
- Provide assistance and troubleshooting for printers, including paper jam resolution and toner replacement.
- Look after devices (test / troubleshoot laptop, VM’s, Printer, meeting rooms, etc.) to be refreshed as well as new installations in accordance with approved standard and keep updated the database.
- Break/Fix interventions, including the swap of pre-configured machines.
- Prevent from reoccurrence of very dissatisfied responses.
Your profile
- You have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- You have at least 1 year of experience on a similar position
- You have a good experience in End User device hardware and software troubleshooting
- You have knowledge of the different Operating systems
- You are Customer oriented, able to work in a team and to work by own initiative
- You are organized and have a very good communication, ability to assess in brief time and deliver structured troubleshooting solutions
- You are fluent in English and in German (mandatory)
